As a Coach, she believes everyone has potential for personal development. She also knows that  “action is what will produce your desired results”. She encourages her clients to take steps  and not leaps to their desired destinations. Rosette uses clear and direct ways of communication  which has served to push her clients to achieving their full potential.

Rosette knows that she cannot give her clients what she does not have. She therefore ensures that  she invests in her own personal development. Currently, she is a member of the Successful  Woman’s Academy which is a group coaching for women run by Valorie Burton. In addition, she  is constantly digging into literature to ensure that she is a better asset to her clients.

As a Mentor, Rosette aims at building relationships with her mentees by sharing personal stories  of both her successes and failures and drawing lessons for her mentees to apply and flourish. She  believes that her spiritual gift is encouraging and therefore her life purpose is “encourage people  to fulfil their callings and purposes and embrace their God given gifts”. She fulfils this  purpose through coaching, speaking, training and sharing her gifts and resources.

Rosette has qualifications in Law, Business Administration and Human Resource Management  and Development. She runs her Coaching, Training and Speaking business under her brand The  Fulfilled Life Network. https://fulfilledlifenetwork.com/work-with-me/

She started her career in one of the top law firms in Kampala, Uganda, before moving into the  corporate world in a multinational oil company. Her desire to stay with her then young family led  her to leave her corporate job and follow her husband who had got an international job. She writes  about this and more in her book, The Expatriate Wife: Did Relinquishing My Career Mean  Losing My Identity?

Rosette co-founded the Africa Women Leadership Summit (www.awlsummit.com) which is  an annual event that brings together women professionals and entrepreneurs to discuss pertinent  leadership topics and network.

Having navigated the waters of being a woman in a corporate suit, as well as raising and serving  her family as a work at home mother, her life message is that we all need to work on our inner  being so that we can be bigger on the inside than the outside and live according to our own  definitions of success.
