- Well you are not alone. Many accomplished professionals sometimes wear masks of confidence while internally they battle with patterns of self worth, questionable identities due to inherited beliefs and experiences that may have stolen part of their authentic self.
As a Transformational Leadership Coach, I know that I am a catalyst for transformation and growth. (See Profile) I believe that effective coaching is a way of life that enables us to create big visions and then do the work of overcoming the fears, beliefs, doubts and distractions required to manifest those visions. I partner with professionals who are ready to:
- Rebuild unshakeable confidence that comes from within instead of their achievements
- Restore their natural self esteem and trust the inner quiet voice that will direct them to their desired destination
- Finally release any limiting beliefs, un desirable habits or fears that may have held them captive.
My role as your Coach will be to listen, ask powerful questions and then add the inspiration you need to move forward. I will serve you by identifying obstacles and offering perspective which reveals the opportunities before you as you journey to your desired destination. I do this by asking deep questions which enable you to dig deep into your pot of gold, take the necessary action and then “confidently, authentically and unapologetically” embrace the new you as you live out the full purpose for which you were created.
As my Client, I will ask that you be ready to take responsibility for your own growth and transformation. In addition, be flexible and open to change and experiment with new things will help move you to the next level.

In 2022, I was at a place where, for lack of a better term, I would call "mid-life crisis." I needed to make very life-changing decisions, but to do that, I had to rediscover myself. I was super lucky to have met Coach Rosete in that season of my life because she not only helped me on the journey of rediscovering myself but also became my accountability partner who has walked with me for the last two years. Coach Rosete took me through the Maxwell DISC Assessment that helped me understand so much about myself. My DISC report has become my point of reference for the personal strengths that I could draw from as I navigate life personally and professionally, but it also points me to areas that I can work on with gained self-awareness. One thing I love about Coach Rosete is the simplicity in her coaching style. She will meet you exactly where you are and not leave you behind. In my debriefing session, which was meant to last one hour, I remember it took us two hours as she took me step-by-step with deeper reflections beyond the report, which provided me with so much clarity. Something else about Coach Rosete that I observed during our coaching sessions is how much she ensured to provide the right environment for deeper conversation and the preparations she put into it. If she was not in her best mind space or I was not in my best place, she was flexible and sensitive enough to say we shall not have our session today. It means so much to her that you get the value for your money and time than just to tick a box. Coach Rosete does not just bring her knowledge to what she does; she is passionate and fully invested in the persons she gets the privilege to walk with. To say the least, I have gained much more than I bargained for because beyond the individual coaching sessions, Coach Rosete has accorded me many more opportunities for growth and personal development. I think I am always among the first one to receive a link, a flyer, a notification to another space of learning and personal development. The most recent growth space she made sure I don't miss was the annual planning conference with Initiatives Solutions where I learned about creating the becoming board, which is a session she facilitated, but I also learned from other coaches about finances, nutrition, career growth planning among others. I am reminded of a quote I saw one time that says "Sometimes people come into your life for a moment, a day, or a lifetime. It matters not the time they spent with you but how they impacted your life in that time." 1 Coach Rosete is one of those people who will not need a lifetime to leave a mark on your life; all she needs is a moment.
